I think Rae flows beautifully - depends if you mind that it's popular.

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 13/06/2017 21:49

Aria Rae.

UsaNayme · 14/06/2017 00:00

I prefer Ivy and Iris as names, but Rae does flow the best. I think it's because of the hard consonant

MarilynWhirlwindRocks · 14/06/2017 04:20

Aria Rae. (musical?)

Decaffstilltastesweird · 14/06/2017 08:01

What usanayme said.

Are you open to other suggestions op, or do you only want one of these three?

ScarletSienna · 14/06/2017 08:09

I think the opposite! I think Aria Rae is a mouthful because of the two Rs. Aria Ivy sounds best to me although all three options have repeated sounds (r or i) and Iris has both!

However, they're rarely said together so I would choose the one you like best in this case.

Decaffstilltastesweird · 14/06/2017 08:13

I've just said Aria Rae out loud repeatedly (I'm at home, not on commuter train Grin), and it is a mouthful actually, as are the other two imho (sorry).

But yes, how often will she say her full name out loud? Go with your favourite name. Fwiw I like Iris best as a name.

Decaffstilltastesweird · 14/06/2017 08:13

Or go with a family name?

Joeybee · 14/06/2017 08:55

Rae

UsaNayme · 14/06/2017 10:35

Aria Kay or Aria May might be less of a mouthful then

Sophronia · 14/06/2017 10:58

Aria Iris. But none of them flow particularly well.

Decaffstilltastesweird · 14/06/2017 11:58

Aria Faye?

Epipgab · 14/06/2017 12:35

They're all a bit tongue-twistery TBH. I'm not convinced a middle name starting with a vowel sounds as good as with a consonant, because the names run into each other, Ariariris and Ariarivy. Rae is best of the bunch but the r sounds so close together don't flow especially well IMHO.

Aria Faye is a nice suggestion. Or Arianna Rae, known as Aria?
