CaspEr ;) and LouiE would be my faves, but would spell them like that unless you want then pronounced Casp-arrrr and Lewis

Sorry, not changing any spellings. The name has to work in Dutch and English, but mostly in Dutch, so I've gone for Dutch spellings. And Louis is most definitely Loo-ee, not Loo-iss! Unless you're American

No obvious winner, then... Does it make any difference if I say middle name will be Bernard after my dear departed Daddy?

Bram is my absolute favourite. I'm also smitten with Willem.

Every other boy round here is called Louis so I'd personally steer clear of it.

I'm afraid I can't go for Dirk because I'm old enough to remember a uk comedy programme where Dirk was an uncomfortable character.
