Don't love them I'm afraid but would choose Finlay and probably call him Finn.

I too prefer Sebastian but dislike its nicknames. So none unfortunately.

James seems to be a little over-popular as a middle name, but I like it as a first name... James Finlay, Sebastian Finlay?

Of the four though, Finlay Sebastian.
