Nicholas, by far. Josiah makes me think of an elderly Amish gentleman in dungarees and a wide-brimmed hat Grin

poppylip · 10/06/2017 02:00

Haha thank you!
Didn't think of that...but you're right 😂

I love Josiah but then I have a Jedidiah and DB has Obediah so I guess we are a bit closet AimishGrin

poppylip · 10/06/2017 02:01

Still love the name but I see the Amish thing!

DS's best friend has just had twins Sirus and Duke (Marmaduke)
Tres cool!

SuperBeagle · 10/06/2017 02:06

Nicholas.

Josiah is so Bible belt American.

Joeybee · 10/06/2017 04:22

Nicholas for sure. Josiah sounds a bit common tbh.

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 10/06/2017 08:39

Nicholas 100%

Honeyandfizz · 10/06/2017 08:45

Absolutely no to Josiah. Nicholas maybe, what about Joseph?

Sophronia · 10/06/2017 09:56

Nicholas. But I do like Josiah too.

TheNaze73 · 10/06/2017 09:58

Nicholas is a great name.

chinlop · 10/06/2017 10:32

Josiah 100%

Biblical names are cool now. Nicholas is so boring.

29Palms · 10/06/2017 11:26

Nicholas. Josiah is so stuffy.

UsaNayme · 10/06/2017 12:29

I like Nicholas Salvatore

Josiah is too Duggar

OwlsinTowls · 10/06/2017 14:25

Love Nicholas. So far from my usual style, don't think I would ever use it. Also like Nikolai.

SoyUnPerdedor2 · 10/06/2017 17:30

Nicholas.
With either nico or Cole as a nn.

Josiah is too "bibley " for me.

DramaAlpaca · 10/06/2017 20:21

Nicholas, definitely.

Clawdy · 10/06/2017 22:38

Nicholas is a bit boring and dated. Josiah is different and can also be shortened to Jos or Jo. Nicholas will be...Nick.

Lemondrop99 · 10/06/2017 22:43

Both are nice but I really like Nicholas (Cole)

PodgeBod · 11/06/2017 12:16

Josiah is fab. Nicholas is fine but I don't like Nick and it's inevitable.

daisypond · 11/06/2017 12:26

I prefer Nicholas. You could go for Colas or Nico, both normal French diminutives, and there are lots of others, too, like Nils or Claus. I like Cole, too.
