We already have a Lila @bigchris (middle name Rose) :)
I think Ivy could be a winner as we wanted something short

If you want one that's not obviously a flower, how about Susannah?
It means lily, originally water lily (originally meaning in ancient Egypt times, I think!)

Personally I like Rowan > Rowena
