Hi all

We're not going to find out if we're having a girl or boy. We're thinking about the name Frances/Francis. I really like it for a girl but I'm not sure about a boy getting called Frank.

For girl middle name would be Mary, for boy we're not sure we'd have a middle name, but maybe Thomas.

What are your thoughts?!

Frank is great for a boy and has made a comeback so is trendy. How about Francis Joseph?

Frank is a fab name.
Not keen on Frances for a girl though, sorry!

Frances is lovely for a girl - classy and elegant. I'm not keen on Francis for a boy, though I like Frank.

I really like both Frances Mary and Francis Thomas. However I think a different middle name might work better with Francis as Thomas has the same ending sound and it's a tad repetitive. You see to like solid, traditional names so how about:

Francis Peter
Francis Louis
Francis Jacob
Francis Jonathan
Francis George

Frances Mary is lovely, but I don't like Frankie for a girl, prefer Fran/Franny/Francy.
Francis Henry is nice, I love Thomas, but Francis Thomas, is a bit much. Frank is very cool ! 😄

I like Frances for a girl and love Francis for a boy. Frank/Frankie is a good nn.

Oh I LOVE Frank!! Not so keen on Francis.
I love Frances too and Frankie for a girl.

Francis is a lovely choice for a boy - classic name and two great nickname choices - Frankie is cute and Frank is strong and a bit hip.
