It's gorgeous.

MrsLettuce · 01/05/2017 18:06

Lovely.

Also love Leontine and Leonora.

HomityBabbityPie · 01/05/2017 18:09

Makes me think of Leona Lewis

AmysTiara · 01/05/2017 18:13

upwardsandonwards33 · 01/05/2017 19:34

Lovely name

Jooni · 01/05/2017 19:57

Nice. I think I prefer Leonor or Leonie but Leona is lovely too.

booellesmum · 01/05/2017 20:00

Beautiful name.

PirateQueenie · 01/05/2017 20:38

Prefer Leoni too, I just think of Leona Lewis otherwise

Leonabibona · 01/05/2017 20:39

That's my name, and it's always served me well Grin

1horatio · 01/05/2017 20:57

Love it!

I also like Leontine, Leonora, Leontina, Leonida and Léopoldine... I guess I just like names with a somewhat lionesque feel/meaning...

Heathcliffitsme · 01/05/2017 20:58

Dislike but I associate it with a really awful one I know.

Rockaby · 01/05/2017 21:11

It's nice, but I prefer Leona and I love Leonora.

Rockaby · 01/05/2017 21:11

That should say that I prefer Leonie sorry!

paddypants13 · 01/05/2017 21:33

Love it. I also like Leonora and Leonie.

dementedma · 01/05/2017 21:37

I know an 8 year old Leona and she's ace.

mintinbox · 01/05/2017 21:47

Love it

summerblonde · 01/05/2017 22:21

It also makes me think of Leona Lewis, but that's not a bad thing. It's a beautiful name.

Dislike it strongly but I can't put my finger on why

OhTallulah · 01/05/2017 22:44

I like Leonie better myself, I'd be singing 'Leonora' to the tune of Wizadora all the time.

OhTallulah · 01/05/2017 22:47

Oops, you said Leona, that would make me think too much of Leona Lewis, not that she's awful or anything just I prefer Leonie.

FeedTheSharkAndItWillBite · 01/05/2017 22:47

Tbh, to me personally Leonie is a kind of "boring" 80/90ies name. The English equivalent of Leonie is maybe... Gemma?

But associations like that really depend on where you live, I guess.
