Mia Ella goes better. I love the name Sienna but don't think it goes with Mia

I like all your names individually but don't particularly like the combinations of two names that both end in an 'a' sound

I prefer Mia Sienna of the 2 options

How about

Mia Rose
Mia Jane
Mia Faith
Mia Joy

Saying Mia Ella out loud makes you put a 'R' in between them, the two vowels next to each other just don't flow

Thanks :)

I don't put an 'r' between Mia and Ella, but I can see why some people would, as the two names don't roll off the tongue easily when combined. For a middle name after Ella, I think you need a name beginning with a consonant and not not ending in 'a'. Just my opinion! Happy choosing Smile

Many thanks :)

❤️ Sienna

Mia Sienna is nicer but I agree with others that neither 'flows' that well.
