Just for fun and to help us find dc2's name can you look at the credits of the next tv show you watch and tell me some boys and girls names you see:

Oh I love this idea! Sadly I'm watching a movie (Imitation Game), so ending credits won't come on for ages... Keira Knightly and Benedict Cumberbatch are in it though, so:

I was watching Fantastic Beasts and saw a Candida in the credits. Apparently it's a Latin name meaning dazzling white, but I was still Hmm

Lemondrop I watched Britains Youngest Borders the other day and one of the mum's was Candida. I did sit there for a while wondering what it's like to have that name

I knew a Candida at school and she was known as Candy. There's an author called Candida Crewe.

Also love Albert but then it reminds me of an intimate piercing, which is a bit off putting!

I have worked with a couple of women called Candida. Never Hmm.

Tuppence (Middleton) and
Rory (Kinnear) are also in the Imitation Game.

I used to do this, and in fact both my children have names inspired by TV credits Blush

DD shares a name with a well respected TV producer and DS with someone who was on daytime TV. Both lovely names tho...

You can probably guess what I was watching!

Looking at the crew credits as well as the cast brings up some much more unusual names, including a lot of Welsh ones.

I was just about to include 'Shadow' in the list, when I realised it was actually Shadow Scaffolding, a rigging company!
