Girl names Help??

Me and my partner cant decide on a girls name. We both quite like Saskia / savannah but cant choose between the 2

Saskia

I know a Savannah and she's a horrible child so that's what puts me off that name.

I like them both, but would choose Savannah (Sav).

Oooh, I have a Savannah (often called Vanna). Nobody ever likes it on mn! I also really like Saskia though.

If you'd asked me 10 years ago I would have said definitely Saskia. Now, whilst I still think Saskia is a beautiful name, Savannah has really grown on me and I think I would chose it over Saskia. But you really can't go wrong with either IMO.

I don't understand Savannah as a name. To me, it's a habitat, like Permafrost or Tundra.

I think Saskia is about to increase significantly in popularity, plus there's debate over the pronunciation: sass-kee-ah or sahs-kee-ah.
