Anu thoughts on the name Lennie but for a girl?

I'd call her Eleanor with nn Lennie. I like it

I've known (and liked) it as a nickname for Eleanor.

Honestly, immediate reaction, not keen, but if I see or hear it enough times I'd get used to it. Sometimes it's just the newness of something that puts me off.

Fine as a nickname, not keen as a full name.

I think Seal and Heidi Klum have a Leni (short for Helene IIRC).

I call my sister Lennie (she's Helen), I think it's a cool name for a girl (but then I also have a daughter called frankie so I clearly like unisex names!)

Helena (Lennie).

Great as a nickname for Helen, Helena, Eleanor etc.

It's nice as a nn (prefer Leni spelling), but not on its own.

Spelt Leni for a girl, love it.
Love Lennie for a boy.

Defo having it for a girls name I've decided but like many of you say I'll spell it Leni ! And spelt Lennie for boy .

I love it! Helena with nn Lennie was always a favourite of mine but DP wasn't keen. Heidi Klume has a Helene but goes by Leni. Really cute.
