I love these names but are they too fussy?

Which one do you prefer?

Really like both, but prefer Delilah.

ClaryBeanHorshAndMe · 31/03/2017 22:29

lol Arabella is definitely more common (as in popular), isn't it?

reuset · 01/04/2017 11:34

Both fine. I like the less frilly Delilah more, though.

UptownFlunk · 01/04/2017 11:48

Delilah is awful, horrible biblical connotations and that Tom Jones song is grim as well. It's also more likely her friends will call her Del than Lilah.

Hey there Delilah what's it like in New York City.....

I'd go with Arabella

BadToTheBone · 02/04/2017 03:10

I know a 9 yo Delilah and I love it, I was a bit surprised when they said her name when she was born but she totally owns the name now. I don't like Arabella, too twee.

shitgibbon · 02/04/2017 04:44

Delilah and Jasper. I LOVE Jasper.

SquedgieBeckenheim · 02/04/2017 04:56

Delilah, definitely Delilah over arabella. The Delilah I know has never had the Tom Jones song sung at her so far and Lilah is a nicer nickname than Bella.
Not keen on any of your boys names, Jasper is the best of them I think.

jarviscockerslover · 02/04/2017 05:33

Depends if you are more of a Tom jones or arctic monkeys fan

TheDowagerCuntess · 02/04/2017 09:05

Arabella is very frilly, and Bella is totally done as a nickname.

I don't really love Delilah, but if it's a choice between the two, then I'd go with that.

Arabella is classy.
