George David

Out of those... George David

I'd prefer Albert David to Bertie David

ThroughThickAndThin01 · 16/03/2017 18:49

Jack David

fizzingwhizbee · 16/03/2017 18:51

user Bertie is because my grandad was an Albert and DH's grandad was a Herbert. Thought it might be a nice nod to them both Smile

Bertie Jack

Pencilvester · 16/03/2017 19:01

George or Bertie. There are so many Jacks!

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 16/03/2017 19:01

Jack David.

1horatio · 16/03/2017 19:01

Henry Andrew is lovey!

Bertie David.

NotYoda · 16/03/2017 19:09

In order:

Jack
George

I am sorry; I don't like Bertie. I think it's very cute for a little boy but not for an older boy/adult

RuthB4 · 16/03/2017 19:10

George David. Bertie is sweet but can't imagine it on a grown man.

DramaAlpaca · 16/03/2017 19:11

George David goes best with Henry.

Fruitboxjury · 16/03/2017 19:15

George and David very topical... if it had been 2016 I might even say too much so!

fizzingwhizbee · 16/03/2017 19:55

Thanks 1horatio Smile

I was leaning most towards George David (both family names - one from each side). So I am about 90% certain that's what we'll go with

I find it incredibly daunting choosing a name. It feels like such a massive responsibility! So I appreciate the comments on Bertie perhaps not being suited to an adult. That is true.

I prefer Jack, but Jack David doesn't sound as nice as George David...

Loyly · 16/03/2017 20:17

Bertie

ILikeSalmon · 16/03/2017 20:37

Jack David

So sorry to say Berti is horrible for a boy. Yes cute for a newborn but as he gets older it would be embarresing for him

Sophronia · 16/03/2017 23:09

Jack David

GinSwigmore · 16/03/2017 23:12

George David

David as a first name with William or George
Or William or George with David as the middle name.
