A brother for Quentin?

Julian (DH really not keen)

Had loads of other ideas which DH ruled out. Currently nagging him to come up with some new suggestions! We both like Ivan and Tristan but want to at least consider some other ideas before we decide!

Not anything else ending in -an or -en. Too similar. So not Tristan or Julian.

I know a Fabian who is a brother to a Quentin. Seems to go well. I don't really like any on your list TBH, maybe Tristan at a push.
Casper, Sebastian, Zachery, Tobias, Florian, Oscar or Idris are all nice and go with Quentin (love the name!)...

Tristan was my first thought also!

Inigo. Use it for me, OP. My DH wouldn't let me.

I don't really like the way Quentin has the "in" at the end then most of your suggestions also have "in" or "en" or "an" at the end too. So the names would be kind of twinny... to me.
So I like some of the other suggestions- Ivo, Maximus, Marcus etc.
