We're expecting a girl in May and have been looking at names. What are people's thoughts on Belle Breah Rose ( Breah is pronounced Bree ah)

Yeah anyone and everyone has a nickname lol you know what kids are like. Definitely want Belle but I think it needs 2 middle names to sound right , I'm open to suggestions

Belle is a beautiful name OP. May become popular with beauty and the beast being released soon (not a bad thing)

Also if your daughter likes Disney when the time comes, you can get her lots from Disney shop in Belle. My daughter is called Alice and I'm forever buying little Alice in wonderland things.

I don't really have anything to add fog middle names, do you have any family names you could include?

A longer multi syllable middle would work well. Second middles are rarely used, as I know from experience.

Personally I prefer Isabelle with the option to use belle. Belle on its own reminds me of the girl in emmerdale, the dingles daughter

I think three syllable names sound 'right' somehow after a single syllable first name. I think you have to be careful with noun first names (bell) but obviously you'll have made sure it is fine with your surname. I really like the name but I also know bell end would have been a far too easy nickname at school which might put me off.

I don't think it matters what name you have theirs always someone who comes up with a nickname, I've literally searched everywhere and can't find a pretty name I like. If anyone does nickname her bellend I'm sure she will poke them in the eyes lol

I like it but I think it is likely to be a popular name in the coming months because of the Beauty and the Beast film coming out.

Belle Brianna Rose is much nicer to me than Belle Breah Rose for some reason.

I'm still not a huge fan of Belle tbh, but as I said up thread, I wouldn't hear it and think it was awful or anything.

Random aside, I overheard a little girl being called Bella yesterday and thought of this thread!

I like Bella but it reminds me too much of twilight and I can't stand twilight lol . Yes I think belle Brianna Rose flows better than the original

Also I would like a pretty feminine name and can't find one I like other than Belle

I love Belle and Rose but I don't like the Breah part. It doesn't sound nice and it looks sloppy and harsh.

Belle Brianna Rise is lovely. It's not true about everyone having a nickname whatever though-one names definitely lend themselves more than others! However, bell end doesn't seem to be used as an insult so much these days. Maybe it was a 90s thing!
