We are struggling with a name for this baby! The shortlist is
Ruaridh
Calum
Callan
Alistair
Lewis
Ben

What's your favourite/least favourite? Or what else might I like that I haven't thought of!

I love Ruaridh and it's closely followed by Callan, which is also lovely.

Ben is a bit meh to me, but only because I know loads of them.

I don't like Alistair, Callum or Lewis very much at all. Just personal taste really.

How do you pronounce Ruaridh? Sorry if that's a stupid question, it isn't a name I've come across before.

It's pronounced Roo-ree. It's my favourite but I worry about people spelling it. wankers I already have a Struan! (That's probably outed me, it's not that common).

Favourites are Ben and Lewis.

The only name I dislike is Callum (probably due to Callum Best).

Ah. :o Probably outs me too as it was my favourite given that it's a traditional name in my "clan" but DH veto'd it :(

I think I'll stick with my original choices of Calum or Alastair to go with Struan. I thinks those sound nicest together from your options.

Most of my suggestions go well though :o

Sophronia thank you. I like it that way much better than with a double L for some reason.

wankers I often think having a wife would be the answer to many of life's difficulties, we could look into some sort of commune perhaps, with only well named children allowed.
