Our last name is Rose,

For a girl's name I really love Ivy.

Ivy Elizabeth Rose.
Ivy Rose

It's just too plant-y isn't it?

Imavinoops · 01/02/2017 20:04

Somehow I KNEW you were going to say Ivy Rose as I clicked on the link!

psychic!!

I think it sounds lovely.

Plus coincidence, our little girl is going to be called Elizabeth Rose so I'm biased for that bit too!

SayenRose · 01/02/2017 20:04

You think so?

I love how it sounds together, just concerned people would find it strange or too much!

It's a lovely name, use it!

Also, my DD is called Elizabeth and Rose is a name I'd love to use if I ever had another girl. So you have impeccable taste Grin

Jumble27 · 01/02/2017 20:13

Just re-read and Rose is your surname. I still stand by my statement Wink

Sounds lovely. I think there was a Daisy Leaf younger than DD at school that I loved too!

oleoleoleole · 01/02/2017 21:51

Noooo it lacks imagination!

BaronessBomburst · 01/02/2017 21:53

It's fine!
A great aunt of mine became Ivy Ivemy on marriage. That wasn't so good. 😂

beautyandthebump · 02/02/2017 00:17

That is so beautiful! Flowers

GreatScot8 · 02/02/2017 02:24

I think it's gorgeous.

sycamore54321 · 02/02/2017 03:19

No. No, no, no. I would hate to have a 'themed' name. She will have questions and comments and jokes about it her entire life. Is there really no other name you prefer?

I'd also google it before you use it - it sounds to me like the name of something quite 'adult' - could be any or all from an expensive lingerie store to a strip club.
