As a medical type I can't not see it as T.I.A (transient ischaemic attack). Same as MIA is a common abbreviation for missing in action. Sorry.

Also, if you say it in anger I think sounds like a sneeze.

I know what you mean, even though I disagree and really like it, but this Tia certainly proves otherwise! I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure it's her full name, not a NN.
