Lovely name, I know a baby Sadie. It feels modern but has a traditional feel to it, in my opinion

hahahaIdontgetit · 19/01/2017 20:37

Lovely, it's not a common name, but very pretty.

I may be biased I had a lovely friend called Sadie at school.

LemonyFresh · 19/01/2017 20:39

One of my favourites

Muddlingalongalone · 19/01/2017 20:40

Lovely

ThroughThickAndThin01 · 19/01/2017 20:44

Really lovely.

VaginaDentata · 19/01/2017 20:51

For me, Sadie is a raddled, sixty-something chain smoker with her cardigan pockets full of used tissues, who says 'Ooh, 'ark at 'im!' a lot, sorry. Grin Admittedly, this is a minority view...

Nonameyet1 · 19/01/2017 20:58

Not keen I'm afraid.

Ankleswingers · 19/01/2017 21:01

I'm a Sadie Grin

I get lots of compliments on my name Smile

Just to Clarify; I'm nowhere near sixty years of age, I can't stand smoking and cardigans don't do anything for me. Oh, and tissues, well, they just get put into the bin Grin

Sounds like you've been reading way too many Martina Cole novels Vagina Grin

Good luck OP Smile

Lilacpink40 · 19/01/2017 21:02

I think it's cute.

StarOnTheTree · 19/01/2017 21:02

Lovely name

tessiebear4 · 19/01/2017 21:10

It's lovely, but I considered it for DD and was worried about every smart arse singing sexy Sadie by the Beatles at her

Chunder · 19/01/2017 21:16

It's nice!

Singingforsanity · 19/01/2017 21:24

Lovely name.

VaginaDentata · 19/01/2017 22:18

I'm sure you're gorgeous, Ankle -- unfortunately the one Sadie I know is raddled cardigan woman (and the unpleasant mother of a friend of mine), and it's become indelible.

Have never read a Martina Cole novel... Am I missing villainous female gangsters in cardigans? Grin

Sophronia · 19/01/2017 22:51

Not keen, it reminds me of the word 'sadist'

swimmerforlife · 19/01/2017 23:49

I love it, was on my list when I was pregnant with DS1.
