Is Millie suitable for a boy or a girls name?

I've known quite a few Millies. They are all girls.

Millie is a girls' name!!!

There is a male author who goes by Mil Millington,but his real first name is Robert.

I know men called Milly but only because it's a nickname based on surname.

I wouldn't call a boy Wrighty or Smithy though.

Defiantly a girls name
