Jakey or Jakie is the name for an alcoholic in Scotland. Having said that, Jake is quite a popular name here too.

I like both. I think Luke goes just a bit better with Rose.

All Jake's I know are a handful too. I prefer the sound of Luke and Rose together. But Jake and Rose sounds nice enough too.
