Middle name for Benjamin

Hi everyone,

We found out this week that we are expecting a baby boy and have settled on Benjamin as his first name. We've got a shortlist of middle names and are struggling to decide. Please help!
For context, our surname starts with B.

Benjamin Alexander
Benjamin Oliver
Benjamin Miles
Benjamin Luke
Benjamin Zachary

Benjamin John, or Benjamin James, are my preference.

We have a Benjamin James

But out of your list I would say Benjamin Oliver.

Doesn't Benjamin mean "son of James"?

I would have Benjamin Luke from your list but I have Benjamin Mark

Benjamin Oliver gives the initials BO if that bothers you. I would go for Benjamin Alexander from your list . We went with William for ours .

I find Benjamin Miles tricky to say. I like Benjamin Alexander best, and also Benjamin Zachary.
