Annie Rose is lovely. Penny is OK, but not that keen personally.
Mabel is OK, but I can never get over the old lady vibe in my head, as my late grandma was Mabel (she would have been over 100 now).

Prefer Annie

I like Annie. I loved the Alfie books when I was little and as another poster has mentioned there is an Annie Rose in that. My sister has banned me from calling my baby Annie if she is a girl because she wants to use that name!
I like Penny but I think it would be better to call her Penelope and then you can shorten it if you want to.

Too bad you weren't using Kathleen as first name, it's so gorgeous ; Kitty for short. Kathleen Rose i.e. kitty Rose
Rose Kathleen is gorgeous.
Mabel is an old lady's name. Annie is very blah as a teenager.
The best out of the lot is Penny short for Penelope.

Penny will be the most popular choice on here as so many posters seemed obsessed with the name Penelope. Personally I can't stand Penelope/Penny.

Mabel & Annie both work with Ivy. Ivy & Penny doesn't roll off the tongue as well; however it's your choice & you need to choose what feel right for your daughter

I think Mabel works best with Ivy. Annie and Penny are nice but don't feel as full and complete as Ivy and Mabel; they sound as though they're short for something.
