It's different. But we did know a grey Great Dane called Willoughby.

Assuming it's for a boy at least it can be shortened to Will so it's not the worst name. However, holly Willoughby irritates the tits off me and I would always think of her when hearing the name

I knew a Willoughby. He was super cool, had long curly hair and absolutely owned the name.

What's wrong with William? It's a fairly inoffensive name, and you will be using Will anyway.
