Boy and girl names to go with Henry?

Autumnsunshinebaby · 12/12/2016 18:59

Any suggestions?

We like William, George, Harry (oh hang on they are all royals! Doesn't have to be a royal name!!)...

Girls, totally stuck for ideas BUT like Clara, Anna etc style names.

Thanks for your help.

I have a George.
No to Harry because Harry is a nickname for Henry!

For a girl, Isla, Ava, Cecilia, Delila, Ettie?

Autumnsunshinebaby · 12/12/2016 19:43

I love Cecilia however DH is not keen... Ettie is sweet, I guess short for Henrietta. We know an Isla.. Infact a few Islas which is a shame as I like that name.

What's your George's middle name?

He has my granny's maiden name and then his dad's middle family middle name which I wouldn't inflict on yours ;)

Mooey89 · 12/12/2016 20:05

Ivy or Iris? Quite a few now but my friend has Florence NN Flossie.

I love all the old names!

Mooey89 · 12/12/2016 20:07

I'm trying to convince DP to allow me to call the next (not et conceived!) one Besty or Eliza...(My Grandmother was Elizabeth) but so far he's decidedly unconvinced!

Random Dent, that would be blighting the poor child for life! anyway, what is your girl suggestion....... Shula?

(Non Archers listeners ignore)

busyrascal · 13/12/2016 10:25

My dsis has a Henry and is about to have another. I guess she might call the new baby Jude, George or Elijah if it's a boy and Matilda, Freya or Annie if it's a girl.
