I like it. I've been a teacher for 10 years and have only taught one Cody. He was a such a lovely boy, so the name has positive connotations for me.

I think there is a Commander Cody in some of the more recent Star Wars films so I would check that character out as it may be a playground reference (or possibly not in 7years time)

I would have totally gone for Cody for a boy if it weren't for the fact that OHs ex is called Cody! (Don't like it for a girl anyway !)
