She is definitely our last. We are so happy with her but secretly wanted a boy as we have so many names Smile

Names:

  1. Annabelle
  2. Charlotte
  3. Gabriella
  4. Isabella
  5. Katherine
  6. Matilda
  7. Penelope

Thank you Smile

Katherine.
I think it's lovely with your other names and as another poster said a lot of the other names bave less desirable/more common shortenings.

MissJSays · 08/12/2016 20:15

I love Charlotte, that's on the top of my list, 'Lottie' for short.

We have a Penelope and a Matilda at nursery which are both shortened to 'Penny' and 'Tilly' so depends on whether you would be happy living with these nn's later on in their lives. Annabelle is really cute, as is Gabriella.

Isabella and Katherine aren't my faves... however I do like 'Isabelle'

Deadsouls · 08/12/2016 20:15

Matilda
Matilde
Tilda

Floralnomad · 08/12/2016 20:16

I like Charlotte and Gabriella , but can I throw in Vivienne as it goes well with your other dds names , which are all lovely . Jasmine is particularly underused and much nicer than Yasmin .

Frazzled2207 · 08/12/2016 20:20

What lovely names.
6 girls Shock. I say Penelope because I wanted one and had boys!

PunkAssMoFo · 08/12/2016 20:20

Annabelle.

I really dislike Matilda and there are tons of them at the moment!

MissMarplesHat · 08/12/2016 20:28

Annabelle or Charlotte and congratulations on dd 7 Xmas Smile

buttercup54321 · 08/12/2016 20:32

Charlotte or Katherine

MaryChalloner · 08/12/2016 20:34

Go for Cecilia/Cecily (it means six).

Out of the list I like Isabella the best. Although It's quite common I know.

Muddlingalongalone · 08/12/2016 20:42

They are all nice as are your current names.
My opinion:
Annabel is lovely & still rare round here
Gabriella is fab but with an Olivia & Francesca already maybe doesn't work so well. Gabrielle?
Charlotte seems super popular at the moment. I know of 2 born in the last 6 weeks.

BellMcEnd · 08/12/2016 20:48

Penelope

WhiteHairReally · 08/12/2016 21:03

Katherine

Kim82 · 08/12/2016 21:09

Charlotte goes best with your other dd's names I think. My youngest (aged 2) is called Charlotte and it gets so many positive comments, I love it!

PunkAssMoFo · 08/12/2016 21:11

I thought Cecily meant 'blind'?

Pyrrha · 08/12/2016 21:15

Charlotte :)

CPtart · 08/12/2016 21:30

Catherine ( but with a C ) off your list. Also like Gabrielle (without the a!).
How about Louisa, Victoria, Georgina, Francesca, Alicia, Elizabeth?
Others are ok. DIslike Penelope and detest Matilda.

MollyHuaCha · 08/12/2016 21:42

I really like all of your names. My favourite is Penelope, followed by Charlotte (but be aware, there was a lengthy MN thread recently about how it should be pronounced). Smile

BananaBeforeBed · 08/12/2016 21:44

Annabelle or Penelope

Patriciathestripper1 · 08/12/2016 21:44

Have you considered Phillipa? Not on your list but is a lovely name that would go with your other DD's names Smile

redheadbarmaid · 08/12/2016 22:08

Love Penelope and Gabriella!!

6 girls! How lovely

Cosmicglitterpug · 08/12/2016 22:10

Gabriella.

ChittyBB · 08/12/2016 22:13

Matilda

sj257 · 08/12/2016 22:15

Penelope

AutumnalLeaves38 · 08/12/2016 22:21

Gabriella

Beautiful name. More unusual at the moment, too.

And kind of apt at this time of year (Angel Gabriel?).

She may not end up shortening it: my friend, now in her late 30s, has only ever been "Gabriella" (in fact, even when tiny still insisted upon all 4 syllables!).

manicinsomniac · 08/12/2016 23:48

Love them all except Penelope and they all go well with your other daughters' names.

I think my favourite is Matilda but it's close. I think Gabriella is gorgeous but don't like Gabi at all.
