Ok..... I'll probably get some bashing for this one.

I am due Feb 17 with my 3rd daughter.
I have previously posted asking opinions on "Chloe" and "Cleo" and my husband is pretty set on Cleo but for some reason it not sticking like my other girls names did when we picked them.

My other girls who are 5 and 2 are Isla Victoria may (surname) and Eleska Lily (surname)

DD3 's middle name will be "Zanele" (African and means "last girl" 🙈)

But my guilty pleasure name is Azalea........ is it too much with the African middle name? Is it too Chavvy?? 🙊
Am I gonna hinder her future job prospects by giving her a name that's "different"

Also eleska is "different enough" . Am I just going to far....

Help! It also bothers me that my mother doesn't like it but then she didn't like eleska! But does now!!!

I prefer Cleo Zanele

Why not call her Zanelle. It's a lovely name and she has the option of Zan or Elle as she gets older.

Isla, Eleska and Zanele sound great

HoratioNightboy · 07/12/2016 00:08

I like it!

Although they are very similar they go beautifully together - made me think straight away of Zinedine Zidane. Do it!

Pluto30 · 07/12/2016 00:15

Reminds me of Iggy Azalea and Azalea Banks... Neither of which are particularly good associations.

I much prefer Chloe.

GiddyOnZackHunt · 07/12/2016 00:17

My first thought was oh anagrams but as Horatio says it does work.

OlennasWimple · 07/12/2016 00:17

No - you can't have two Z names together unless there are good, such as family related reasons to do so. You'll never have the right potato letters to spell out her name! Wink

I like it.

I prefer Cleo, which I LOVE.

I like Azaria better than Azalea; it doesn't have the sleb connotations either. It also goes better with your middle. (Unfortunately not v usable in Aus, but perhaps in the U.K.?)
