Baby boy due soon and I have a three names that I love but can't pick one.

Bowie Eoghan William

Argyle Eoghan William

Anais Eoghan William

Sorry, not keen on any of those names.

Both Bowie and Argyle have been used as forenames in Scotland since the 1740s if not earlier, so they are definitely valid names.

OP, if it's Scottish names you are going for then you might prefer to spell Eoghan as Eòghann instead, as the one you have chosen is an Irish spelling. The pronunciation is different too - Yoe-unn as opposed to the Irish Owen sound.
