Leo Elliot - can I?

I've seen Leo be used as a NN for Elliot... Can we still have a Leo Elliot? There's also the Leo sound in there.

I can't see a problem with those names. To my ear the -lio- sound in Elliot sounds very different to Leo.

I know a girl named Bethany Ann, nobody thought it was odd, and I think Leo Elliot is less noticeable if I'm honest.
