Like. A bit hard to shorten though perhaps.

Coey2016 · 18/11/2016 11:13

Love it

puglife1 · 18/11/2016 11:15

Love love love.

Howtocatchastar · 18/11/2016 11:15

Love. I know a little phiney (pronounced feenee).

Ebbenmeowgi · 18/11/2016 11:17

Love it. Can easily shorten to Sera or even Phi/Fi too. We're picking an unusual name for our LO but she can shorten it to at least 3 names when she's older if she's not fond of it.

Crunchymum · 18/11/2016 11:25

A Philip Pullman fan per chance? Smile

It's a bit of a mouthful? I don't mind it but don't love it.

Lalunya85 · 18/11/2016 11:27

I really don't like it for a child, it sounds forced to me.
A woman at playgroup recently introduced her newborn as Seraphina and it just sounded like such a mouthful.
I love phiney (feeney) as mentioned above though.
Perhaps one to grow into...?

MadisonAvenue · 18/11/2016 11:35

I like it but think it's more suited to an adult, one to grow into as previously said.

DramaAlpaca · 18/11/2016 12:06

Absolutely love it, it's beautiful.

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 18/11/2016 12:48

Like.

Sophronia · 18/11/2016 13:45

It's very pretty.

NonFatTofuttiRiceDreamsicle · 18/11/2016 13:49

It is very pretty, but I would decide it's too long a name for a child. That said, they would grow into it and possibly pick up cool nicknames as they grow up.

HelenaJustina · 18/11/2016 13:59

Like it, know one with nn Seffy

KlingybunFistelvase · 18/11/2016 13:59

If you're not 100% sold on Seraphina op, have you thought about Seraphine? I think I slightly prefer it as it's fewer syllables so less fussy maybe.

Gruffalosfriend · 18/11/2016 14:34

Seraphina is beautiful! Easy to say and it sounds so elegant and femine!

It's beautiful

olderthanyouthink · 18/11/2016 15:05

Love it (and seraphine)

MerryMarigold · 18/11/2016 15:09

I don't like it. So there we go! Just sounds a bit too try-hard and also a bit girly for my personal taste. It's in the same vein as Isabella, but that's a bit more 'classic' (I don't particularly like that either). I'd put it with Arabella which I also dislike and Persephone. But they're prob both popular on here!

Shesinfashion · 18/11/2016 15:10

Too try hard. It looks ok written down but doesn't sound pretty. So it's a no from me.

MerryMarigold · 18/11/2016 15:11

It does make me think of someone with long, flicky hair who did History of Art and then very little else with her life. I can't imagine a female rugby player, a Maths professor or someone campaigning for human rights.

formerbabe · 18/11/2016 15:11

Absolutely love!

HedgehogHedgehog · 18/11/2016 15:14

beautiful!
