I'm assuming it is for a baby? A bit "made up", perhaps? Would it be pronounced T-Asia (as in the continent) or TAY-see-ah? I come across a lot of unique names in my profession and what they have in common is that the children whose names they are, are all experts at spelling their names and correcting mispronunciation. Which I imagine must wear thin at some point.
But if you like it, and if it carries a significance to you, then go for it.
