Madeleine Violet or Violet Madeleine?

We love them both!

Violet Madeleine sounds lovely. Both gorgeous names.

Just a weird coincidence I reckon OP. I've never met a baby with either name myself, so don't think they're terribly common.

I would go for Madeleine, so pretty. Violet is lovely too though.

Both are lovely. You could narrow down the order by which name shortening do you prefer the most i.e. Violet - Vi/Vee/Lettie or Maddy/Mads.

Madeleine , I'm not keen on Violet .
