Check out nameberry.com it gives you suggestions for other names you'd like based on your choices.

As a guide a few that come up for Delilah are Aurelia, clementine, Francesca, Genevieve, Ophelia and willow.

I know a Delilah, I was surprised at first as it was always a bit of a joke name, but I love it now, suits her so perfectly.
