Josephine is cute and Jay would be an adorable nn.

I like Jai - in Sanskrit it means victorious. more exotic than Jae Jay etc and more meaningful plus it's in an ancient language!

They both sound made up and silly.

All of the Jays / Jayes I know are short for Jason.

For a girl. I'd spell it Jai
