Also, how would you spell it? Jae or Jaye? Like Mae or Faye (if you see what I mean!?)

I prefer Jamie to Jay (I'd spell it Jay)

I like Jai - in Sanskrit it means victorious. more exotic than Jae Jay etc and more meaningful plus it's in an ancient language!

All of the Jays / Jayes I know are short for Jason.
