What are your thoughts? Struggle for a name I love.

I don't hate it, I do know lots of Finley's though.

I like Finn and Finley, Finlay always looks spelt wrong to me, for some reason I really emphasis the 'a' sound when I say it in my head.

He wouldn't be a Finley though he'd be a Finlay Wink don't know why but I just don't like it with the e!

Love the NN Finn too.

Love Finn or Flynn, but not Finlay or Finley for some reason

Chinlo · 26/10/2016 23:39

Like it a lot.

Finlay/ley are both good. Got the Finn thing but with a bit of bounce at the end.

finova · 28/10/2016 08:50

Finlay is the traditional spelling.

Pluto30 · 28/10/2016 09:14

I like the spelling Finlay more, but I do find myself saying "Finn-lay" not "Finn-lee".

I like Flynn, as a PP suggested.

I prefer Finlay to Finn as a standalone name though.

Love Finlay

Loved loved loved it 10 years ago but it's now far too popular and overused for me. Love Flynn as an alternative.
