Billy is lovely. So is William. Of course I am biased as it was my lovely dad's name. There is a song from Showboat "Along came Bill..." if you are feeling romantic as my mother was.

Are u going to use 'whole names' on the birth certificate? Otherwise id go for Noah, the nicknames, IMO are more like noises than stand the test of time solid names😊

Don't like Bobby at all. Robert/Rob/Robbie is ok.

If Noah is the only actual name on the list then pick that. If the others are William and Robert then it's a harder choice.
