I quite like Isadora.

Def not 'Lillibet' - name her Elizabeth and use it as a NN when she's little if you must, she can always decide to be a Liz, Lizzy or Beth when she's outgrown it.

Let's just hope she's not a tom boy

I wouldn't want my baby's name to be " gift of Isis" even if it's the other Isis.

Tatiana and Isadora both lovely. My fave is Tatiana. I know one, shortened to Tatty. It's unusual, yet easy to pronounce and spell.
Not a fan of Lillibet either. Fine only as a nickname to Elizabeth.

Sorry OP, I prefer Elizabeth, and the many nick names it offers.

Tatiana is lovely
I know an adult, successful (non-English) Lillibet who live in London and has no problems with her name. Suspect it's commoner in Russia and not just a diminutive

I find isadora clunky and it will be shortened to Izzy by classmates

Lillibet - seems as if you're channeling the Queen.

The other two are very stylish but I'd go for Tatiana as a nod to the ancestry.

Depends. Isadora if it's a human baby.

Either of the other two if it's a chihuahua pup.

Love Tatiana and I think with Russian heritage you can carry it off

Tatiana is lovely and goes nicely with Nina. I like Tania or Tatia as nicknames rather than Tatty though!
