Middles names issues

Looking for some input before agonising over this for the next 4 months Smile

Our middle name for a girl will be Frances but I'm unsure it goes with either my favourite name or DH. He thinks I'm over thinking it

So posted before I finished Blush

So my favourite or my DH... he thinks I'm overthinking it and it goes with both, so names are as follows:

Florence Frances
Iris Frances

Maybe I'am, and do you ever use your middle names apart from official purposes.....

What are the favourite names?

PipersPiping · 20/10/2016 12:11

Hmm im not sure to be honest, if i had to pick one I would go for Iris Frances.

I think Frances is a great name, as is Francesca. But that's not what you're asking. I like Florence better, but if your last name starts with an S I would probably go with Iris instead Grin

I love Frances and it's a family name so means a lot, I would use it as a first name but I don't like Frankie for a girl so puts me off.

Surname is to me a very masculine sounding name so no s sounding syllables.

I love Ivy and think it fits perfectly with Frances but DH has used his veto Angry
