J Names

My partner and I are Jessica and James (Jay and Jamie, hilariously enough). DS12 is Julian.

I'm pregnant with twins, a boy and a girl, and Jamie and I both want to keep the J names going. I also don't want anything too "outlandish" because we've all got quite traditional names. I DEFINITELY don't want any "kre8v" names because I truly hate those, haha.

So, so far I've got:
Girl: Jennifer
Boy: Jonathan, Joshua, Josiah, Jefferson

Any other suggestions?

Thank you! We like it. We named him for Julian in the Famous Five books, do you know them? We thought it was a nice strong sensible sounding name.

I like Josephine, she could be Joey! And Jeffrey is a much less outlandish alternative to Jefferson, especially since it would get shortened to Jeff either way.

I should get a life rather than watching fecund fundamentalists on TV

Ha! I recognize that family.

They cheated. The mother's name is Michelle. SHE DOESN'T FIT THE NAME SCHEME.

I doubt we'll have nineteen - three is probably enough for us! But they don't have a Julian, so I'm pretty sure we're different enough to them to escape stigma :P

(and actually, wee man's name is Jedidiah, not Jebediah)

I would name them after you both! Although it could get rather confusing!

Biscuitsneeded · 09/10/2016 13:43

I would suggest Juliet but too close to Julian! How about Josephine and Jimmy. Or Jonathan.

WeArePregnant11 · 09/10/2016 14:01

I like Jason and Johanna. And Jeffrey is also cute :)

I'd give them middle names with different initials.

cerealnamechangers · 09/10/2016 14:24

Jeremiah, Jordan, Joshua, Jade?

Definitely stick with Jennifer.

How about Jago?
