What do people think to Cassius for a boy?
Would have a double barrelled surname if that has any bearing.

I wouldnt use it but I would think it was quite a nice name if I heard it used. However the shortening tend to sound a bit girly such as Cass or Cassie.

CalleighDoodle · 08/10/2016 21:34

I immediately think of mohammad ali.

The only thing I don't like is the meaning, acccording to behindthename it means vain/empty. But if you aren't too concerned with meanings (which I am, probably too concerned) it's a lovely name :)

Prefer Caspar or Caspian.

Cassius is too like Cassia, which is very feminine.

Fruitboxjury · 08/10/2016 21:39

I think Cassius Double-Barrell would be a really mouthful but like the name.

HoratioNightboy · 08/10/2016 22:10

It's fab!

chinlo · 08/10/2016 22:16

Love it. We're using it for DS's middle name.

GazingAtStars · 08/10/2016 22:18

I like it but I doubt j would use it. Love caspian though

0pti0na1 · 08/10/2016 22:29

I like it, also Caspar.

UnicornPee · 09/10/2016 08:14

Cassius is cute but double barrel surnames are a huge pet hate of mine.

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 09/10/2016 09:57

Yes, go for it.

CEOD · 10/10/2016 20:51

I like it - I also like Crispin?
