DD was named mostly by my shit of an ex. I like her first name (like, not love) but her middle name I just have no connection with at all.

I cheer myself up by imagining what wild and wonderful things I could name her if I had my time again:

My children should be called Jacob, Edward and Katherine. Unfortunately it turns out that DH has an opinion on, and ideas about, names and I had to compromise

DD2 should be Penelope but DH wouldn't agree (even when I put on my puppy eyes post section!). Having said that I do love her name so it's ok.

I wanted Dasha for DD, but DH wasn't having a bar of it. He's now decided he doesn't mind the name, but too little too late as our DD's name is now Ivy.

If we'd had a boy, he would've been Samuel Morrison.

I like the name Sarabeth. It was a name of a character in a book I once read, many moons ago, I can't remember the author's name nor the storyline but I still remember the protoganist's name: Sarabeth Silver

Well tbf OP asked us for our names we couldn't/didn't/wished we had been able to use not opinions. Mine would be

Would love to have used my Grandad middle name which was Nelson but I wasn't brave enough.

I do love dds name though and wouldn't change it!

I really wanted Peppa/Pepper for DS2 before we found out we were having a boy.

There was no way DH would've let me use it though.
