Fabian or Theodore?

Which do you prefer? Only 2 names me and DP can agree on so far. Further suggestions would be helpful

Fabian. Fab Ian.

Theodore. I'm not mad about it, but Theo is OK.

Theodore is okay, and it's about a gazillion times better than Fabian.

Theo(odore) is very common and a a little dull imo.

I like Theodore but perhaps in more nickname form, i.e. Theo or Teddy. I've also never met a nice Fabian. I've known three, all grown men, but they've all been miserable and a sourpuss, so that makes me biased I guess!

I have a 'common' and 'dull' Theodore . He's the only one I know and he's lovely. HTH.

I love Fabian - I grew up in Switzerland where it's very common.

I don't know where the PP lives but round here no modern school kid would blink or give 2 shits what you are called, unless it sounded obviously to do with poo or sex, because they are surrounded by kids from so many different cultures and countries now and have heard every name under the sun before they leave primary school, it being 2016 and all.

Fabian is lovely. Not remotely stripperish or camp to me!
