A sister for Alexander

DD due soon and we are struggling with names. DS is Alexander (nn Alex) and we'd like something that sits well with his name.

I love Alice but it sound ridiculous when paired with Alex.

Emilia and Jessica are on the shortlist but that's it. I am hesitating over Jessica as I'm not sure it's quite right. Penelope nn Penny is another favourite of mine but DH has vetoed it.

Any suggestions are welcome.

I really dislike Penelope but love Persephone! It goes with the Ancient Greek theme too Smile.

Nns could be Percy, Effy, Sephy maybe?

Genevieve
Sophia
Imogen
I think they would all sound lovely as a sister for Alexander

Someone I know has an Alexander and Annabelle.

Also know Alex and Grace siblings.

NutellaCookie · 25/08/2016 15:14

stevie unfortunately I would never convince DH with that one, but I do like the idea of a Greek theme. Maybe I need to think along those lines.

Imogen and Grace are lovely. Sophia has already been used by a close friend.

Typically we had a boys name sorted early on. I really struggle with girls names for some reason.
