Please Help: Desperate

I have two sons, Charles Judah and Samuel Dillon. My sons are known as Charlie and Sammy (also Sam but mostly Sammy) on a daily basis.
I am now expecting another child and would like to know your favourite from my list.
Nicholas (Nico)- Does Nico fit with Charlie and Sammy?
Maxim (Max)- Know a baby Maxine
Edward (Teddy)- Is Teddy too far a jump from Edward?
Henry (Harry)- Same worry as Teddy?
Thomas (Tommy/Tom)- Too close to Sammy?
Nathaniel (Nate)- DH isn't overly keen
Joseph (Joey)- Don't like Joe
Alexander (Alec/Alex)- Do you like Alec or Alex?
Stephen (Steph)- Will people try and call him Steve?)
Benjamin (Ben/Benny)- Struggling to get DH to commit but my favourite!
For a middle name we like Lewis, Finn and Clark.
For a girl I like Matilda Iris, Emilie Jane, Vivan Clara and Simone Hazel.
Haven't really settled on a middle name yet for a girl and am willing to mix names up but wouldn't use any of my middle names as a first name.
Surname is the same as a bolshy woman in Corrie whose name begins with K.

I love Nicholas with nn Nico or Nick. Simple, classic name but quite rare at the moment.

Teddy from Edward is fine.

If you want Harry, I'd just call him Harry.

Alex is my preferred shortening.

Sam and Tom are ok.

I wouldnt use Joseph if you don't like Joe.

Stephen won't necessarily be shortened to Steve I don't think. Much less so than Joe.

Can I suggest Matthew, Dominic or Andrew.

I like these with the brothers names...

I like Edward the most because it sound fab with Charles and Samuel and I love Teddy for a nickname. I think I like Matilda the best of the girls names.

Like Edward and Teddy is a fine nn.
I prefer Xander as a nn for Alexander imo Charlie, Sammy and Xander sounds lovely.
I like Nathaniel it was on my short list but DH vetoed it.
Not really a Dan of any of your girls names.

I quite like your girls names, possibly not simone, doesn't seem to go. Also like Claudia (claudie), or hettie/ hattie ...they sound lovely with your boys I think. Or Florrie.
