I think Sunny is lovely, I'm presuming you wouldn't use the 3 names together ordinarily, and obviously it depends on surname directly after Sunny

I like 'Sunshine' as a name for a girl but 'Sonny' is typically a boy's name.

Bee is a bit odd. Like being called Caterpillar or Ladybird.

Mary is nice but a bit dated.

Sunny Bee Mary is too Honey Boo Booish. Fine if she grows up to be a Paris Hilton type but not for someone who wants a serious role in life.
