Can't make up my mind between these names

Really struggling as we thought we were having a boy, so far we have either

Honey Victoria pearl (surname here)
Or
Ivy Victoria pearl

Thoughts?

I like both but agree Ivy would be better when the baby is a woman

why not just Victoria Pearl?

Having once witnessed a young male Starbucks barista get told off by a customer for calling his female colleague Honey (she hadn't noticed the name on her badge), I would avoid it as a first name.
Go with Ivy or better still Victoria
