Not really. It doesn't flow at all because of all the vowels.

And the first name and the surname sound too alike.

No. One or the other is lovely. But together there's too many 'L' sounds. Needs a more solid name next to it.

I don't think that changes much, although obviously they won't be using it everyday. I still think the full name should flow nicely.

Ella Odell? I think that works better. If you used Ella you could have Gabriella/Eleanor etc... as a longer version (if you wanted to). Elle Odell doesn't sound right at all.
