Looking for a bit of inspiration for a middle name for Isla and a middle name for Olivia. So far we have

Isla Louise
Olivia Rose.

raviolidreaming · 12/06/2016 20:49

Isla Rose works better, I think, from your OP

OreoHeaven · 12/06/2016 20:54

My DC go to a Preschool with an Isla-RoSe and an Isla Grace.

BlueChampagne · 12/06/2016 21:14

Too many ls in Isla Louise, though not a problem if they'll seldom be said together.

Meredith, Helen, Tamsin, Zoe, Juliet and Cerys would work for both Isla and Olivia.

CremeEggThief · 12/06/2016 21:18

Isla Rose.
Isla Marie.
Isla Faye.

Olivia Grace.
Olivia Sophia.
Olivia Suzanne.

LadyAntonella · 12/06/2016 21:19

But the s is silent in Isla anyway so does the repetition of is matter all that much?

Pretty much anything would go with Isla or Olivia I think, but as they are both quite popular names, I might be tempted to choose something unusual for a middle name:

Isla Persephone
Olivia Clemency

LadyAntonella · 12/06/2016 21:19

Or actually:

Olivia Clementine

Lauranne · 12/06/2016 21:20

Isla Charlotte

Olivia Grace

thiswayplease · 12/06/2016 21:23

Isla Mae?

onthemetro · 12/06/2016 21:26

Two that popped into my head were Isla Rose and Isla Marie. No idea where the Marie came from but I like it!

Flumpnugget · 12/06/2016 21:28

Isla Mae
Olivia Rose

Isla Elizabeth
Olivia Rose

Deaver · 12/06/2016 21:32

I would say Isla Grace and Olivia Mae

ABitAsleep · 13/06/2016 11:23

It is strange that when i was the title i would have suggested Isla Olivia?

Isla Matilda
Isla Emilia
Isla Helena
Isla Keira
Isla Samantha
Isla Sophia
Isla Joanna

Olivia Penelope
Olivia Georgina
Olivia Harriet
Olivia Rachel

BlueChampagne · 13/06/2016 12:56

Yes the s is silent; I was trying to put l-plural, which also looks odd!

CPtart · 13/06/2016 13:34

Catherine or Faye

Thymewarp · 13/06/2016 22:55

Isla Jane

LadyAntonella · 13/06/2016 22:57

BlueChampagne oooooooh! Haha sorry; makes sense now!

pleasethankyouthankyouplease · 13/06/2016 23:03

I was going to say Isla Rose when I first read the title!
Olivia Grace is sweet too

septembersunshine · 14/06/2016 14:18

I know a Isla Kate and an Isla Iris (both lovely I think).

With Olivia maybe something like: Olivia Elizabeth/Olivia Lucy/Olivia Elsie/Olivia Maya/Olivia Grace/Olivia Eva.

Dontrocktheboat · 14/06/2016 21:13

I would avoid Grace, May or Rose - all very ubiquitous combinations.

Carolndaryl · 14/06/2016 21:29

Isla May = Isle of May, an actual island in the Forth...

thereareworsethingsicoulddo · 14/06/2016 21:39

Isla Joy
Olivia Claire

NapQueen · 14/06/2016 21:40

Isla Victoria Surname
Olivia Joy Surname

OrElseIWontComeBackAtAll · 14/06/2016 21:42

I have an Isla Jean
