Yes as they are both pronounced the same, just spelt differently X

It's pronounced as written Fettuccine (or at least Alessia is, have never seen Alyessia!).

I love Alessia - it's Italian isn't it? The Italian girl I knew pronounced it A-lace- ee - a.

I think the second spelling would be a mistake.

Alessia is a nice name but I wouldn't do the 'unique' spelling.
